Red Mop Cleaning was launched by Brisbane businesswoman Trenna Reid in 2017. In January 2018, the company was registered in preparation for the rollout of the National Disability Insurance Scheme in the following July. Our equipment

Red Mop Cleaning uses Numatic Henry Vacuums with HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters and bags. We sanitise our equipment between every job, and we always use freshly laundered, high-grade micro cloths and micro mop heads for every job. Our staff use rostering software to clock in and clock out of jobs, as well as to supply feedback, requests and changes directly to the office.

Booking

Once you've submitted a booking request, we will be in touch with scheduling options. We will also send a follow-up SMS.

The Clean

Here's what we do best. If you don't know where to start, we do. We follow a Basic Cleaning Checklist for every home and can add tasks to the shift as required, whether recurring or a one-off. We record and tailor your cleaning requirements to ensure that we meet your needs.

Follow-Up

We will be in touch to check that you are completely satisfied prior to offering you a Service Agreement. We also carry out post-clean spot checks.
